Refund & Returns Policy

If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us and we'll guide you through the process.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and return the goods within 14 days of cancelling.

Email support@cliniwhite.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions.

Items should be returned in a saleable condition where possible. For hygiene reasons, opened whitening products may be non-returnable except where faulty.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are refundable where the item is faulty or not as described.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
